The Project
GMT Tools Technic requires an e-commerce store to sell its variety of trucks, heavy industry tools, and spare parts to the automotive and transport industry across Australia. The aim of the website is to provide specific details on the product of what the customer is looking for, as well as recommend similar products to the customer. The website needs to have a proper display of each product, organize products in categories, and smooth purchase experience from the homepage to checkout.

The Solution
We created a fully integrated E-commerce website that users can experience smooth product purchases when using desktop, tablet or mobile devices. We categorized all the products and put tags on each product, so that users can easily find what they are looking for by selecting product category on the navigation menu, as well as recommending other products that shares the same tag. In addition, for the checkout page, we designed a system to automatically calculate the shipping price based on user’s postal address and product dimension in package, and displaying the total price including shipping fees and GST.
